Based on the criteria set forth below, twelve points are needed to be eligible for this subject matter panel. Please fill in the number of points that you have acquired for each criteria.

CRITERIA	# OF POINTS
Six points (maximum) for bench trial of a malicious prosecution, police brutality or false arrest case within the past ten years.
Eight points (maximum) for jury trial of a malicious prosecution, police brutality or false arrest case within the past ten years.
Briefing a substantive motion to dismiss or summary judgment in malicious prosecution, police brutality or false arrest case. Six points if within the last three years; four points if within the last five years.
Settling or resolving a malicious prosecution, police brutality or false arrest case in which a complaint or answer was filed. Three points if within the last three years; two points if within the last five years.
Settling or resolving a malicious prosecution, police brutality or false arrest case before any pleadings were filed. Two points if within the last three years; one point if within the last five years
One point for each credit hour of substantive CLE taken for Civil Rights litigation, maximum four points.
Six points (maximum) for teaching a 1983 Actions course for CLE credit at either the local or national level within the past year.
One point (maximum) for having published an article pertaining to 1983 Actions within the past five years.
