For your convenience, background checks and fingerprinting are offered onsite before the class for $40 (paid at time of service).
The new Ohio notary law does not permit any grace period once a commission has expired. It is the notary public's responsibility to complete all requirements prior to the commission's expiration date. Failure to do so will result in a lapsed commission and starting over as a new applicant.
**Please note that there are no refunds offered for a class registration. If you are unable to attend the class you registered for, your payment may be applied to a future class date within 6 months.**
