Based on the criteria set forth below, twelve points are needed to be eligible for this subject matter panel. Please fill in the number of points that you have acquired for each criteria.

CRITERIA	# OF POINTS
One point for attending a BCBA Labor and Employment Committee meeting or CELA meeting in the past two years, maximum three points.
Six points for representation in a hearing of a labor case before a judge, administrative judge or arbitrator within the past ten years, maximum twelve points.
Briefing a substantive motion to dismiss or summary judgment in an employment case. Eight points if within the last three years; Six points if within the last five years.
Settling or resolving an employment case in which a complaint or answer was filed. Five points if within the last three years; Three point if within the last five years.
Settling or resolving an employment case before any pleadings were filed. Two points if within the last three years; one point if within the last five years.
One point for each credit hour of CLE taken for Employment litigation, maximum four points.
Six points (maximum) for teaching an employment law course for CLE credit at either the local or national level within the past year.
One point (maximum) for having published an article pertaining to employment law within the past five years.
Twelve points for current certification as a Labor and Employment Law specialist by the Ohio Supreme Court Commission.
