Typical employment litigation includes employment discrimination (age, race, religion, national origin, sex, disability), whistleblower, Family Medical Leave Act, handbook cases, and implied employment contracts. Employment issues involving federal, state, local government or school employment which are not covered by Title VII, ADEA, ADA, or FMLA are covered by Civil Rights Litigation.
