Based on the criteria set forth below, twelve points are needed to be eligible for this subject matter panel. Please fill in the number of points that you have acquired for each criteria.

CRITERIA	# OF POINTS
Two points for each draft of a distribution, franchise, or licensing agreement, maximum six points
Two points for handling disputes regarding the above agreements through settlement or alternative dispute resolution, maximum six points.
Three points for handling disputes regarding the above agreements through a bench trial, maximum six points.
Six points for handling disputes regarding the above agreements through a jury trial, maximum six points.
One point for each credit hour of CLE taken on related topics, maximum four points.
One point for attending a meeting of a substantive law committee of recognized legal association in the commercial law field within the past two years, maximum three points.
One point (maximum) for having published an article pertaining to distribution, franchising or licensing law within the past five years.
Six points (maximum) for teaching a distribution, franchising or licensing law course for CLE credit at either the local or national level within the past year.
