Based on the criteria set forth below, twelve points are needed to be eligible for this subject matter panel. Please fill in the number of points that you have acquired for each criteria.

CRITERIA	# OF POINTS
One point for each credit hour of CLE in the area of copyright law attended within the past two years, maximum four points.
One point for attending a meeting relevant to copyright law within the past three years. As example, and not by way of limitation, points can be earned for attendance at relevant BCBA committee meeting or Butler County Intellectual Property Law Association. Maximum three points.
Three points for each application for copyright registration filed or prepared for filing with the U.S. Copyright Office, maximum twelve points.
Six points for substantive involvement in a transaction or litigation involving copyright law issues, including administrative litigation before the U.S. Copyright Royalty Tribunal or International Trade Commission, maximum twelve points.
Six points (maximum) for teaching a copyright law course for CLE credit at either the local or national level within the past year.
One point (maximum) for having published an article pertaining to copyright law within the past five years.
