Based on the criteria set forth below, twelve points are needed to be eligible for this subject matter panel. Please fill in the number of points that you have acquired for each criteria.

CRITERIA	# OF POINTS
One point for each client counseled on commercial issues within the past two years, maximum four points.
Two points for each commercial dispute handled through settlement or alternative dispute resolution, maximum twelve points.
Three points for each commercial dispute handled through a bench trial, maximum twelve points.
Six points each commercial dispute handled through jury trial, maximum twelve points.
One point for each credit hour of CLE courses taken on commercial issues within the past two years, maximum four points.
One point for attending a Committee meeting of a substantive law committee of a recognized legal association in the commercial law field, maximum three points.
One point (maximum) for having published an article pertaining to Commercial law within the past five years.
Six points (maximum) for teaching a Commercial Law course for CLE credit at either the local or national level within the past year.
